Dawn Hillrud is a results-driven individual.  She is a graduate of the Bachelor of Administration program at the University of Regina and has two professional designations, Chartered Professional in Human Resources and Certified Personnel Consultant designation. Dawn is a skilled, well-trained, and experienced investigator.  She has extensive experience in HR consulting projects that include job analysis, performance management, organizational review and design, recruitment and retention, training development, employee engagement, and coaching/mentoring. Dawn possesses a strategic mindset and a keen understanding of the importance of HR’s alignment with overall organizational strategy.  Dawn has experience in the “c-suite,” having served at the Executive HR-level, and has worked extensively in helping organizations deal with sensitive situations.
