Leah Knibbs BAdmin MBA CPHR CPM CPC
Owner of Kn/a, Leah has a proven record of accomplishment in planning and leading comprehensive human resource management strategies. Having worked on a wide array of projects with a diverse group of clients, her approach is practical and straight-forward. Leah is also a sessional lecturer with the University of Regina. Her education, past human resource management positions, and varied work background provide the experience required to support all of her endeavours.
Pat Varga CPHR CPM
Pat has extensive skills and knowledge in many areas of human resource management, having held a number of senior human resource positions in administration, payroll, advisory, and finance settings. Her experience is backed by training in harassment investigations and specializations in interviewing techniques, conflict resolution, negotiation, job evaluation, and mediation. She is an active volunteer, and sits on several boards within her community.
Cheryl Busby MHRM
Cheryl holds a Masters of Human Resource Management and a Certificate in Labour Relations. Her abilities have resulted in numerous activities within the field. In addition to training and staff development skills, Cheryl has experience in process and policy development, mediation and problem solving, audits, research, recruitment and selection, job evaluation, and labour relations. She continues to work with a variety of organizations where her leadership guides successful task completion.
Dawn Hillrud BAdmin CPHR CPC
Dawn is a results-driven individual with experience in HR Policy and Procedure development, employee engagement review, job evaluation, organization review, recruitment, interviewing, and dealing with sensitive situations. Dawn is a trained and skilled investigator. Her experience also includes post-secondary course instruction, and work in the agriculture and livestock industries. Dawn is a graduate of the Bachelor of Administration program from the University of Regina, is a Certified Human Resource Professional and is a trained and experienced investigator.
CK Tan MBA, MSc, CPHR
CK Tan has extensive experience in human resource strategies, including the development of talent management and organizational effectiveness strategies. He currently specializes in the areas of learning and training, job analysis, strategic planning, process improvement, business planning and research. His has worked with large multinational companies, provincial government (including Saskatchewan), crown corporations, not-for-profit organizations as well as small/medium businesses and entrepreneurs. CK has a MBA, MSc, CPHR and is a trained investigator.
Nicole Spagrud BComm(HRM) CPHR RPR
Nicole is a graduate of the Edwards School of Business at The University of Saskatchewan. She has experience in recruiting, course instruction, employee training, job evaluation, labour relations, interviewing for information and dealing with sensitive situations. Nicole is a trained and experienced investigator. The Kn/a team benefits from Nicole’s experience in healthcare, and the oil and gas industry. Nicole is a Certified Human Resource Professional and is a trained and experienced investigator.
Brenda is a motivated administrative professional. In addition to other positions held in the private sector, her office administration experience spans over 35 years working for the Saskatchewan provincial government. Brenda’s most recent position was working as an executive assistant. She has gained invaluable skills and knowledge in the field, and currently provides an online proofreading and virtual assistant service along with other administrative services.
Sandi has a very diverse background and several years of experience in the public and private sectors. Sandi was the Director of Operations with the Saskatchewan Arts Board. As a member of the senior management team, she was responsible for strategically leading and motivating the internal operations in the areas of facilities management, administration, human resources, information technology,and privacy. Sandi has a strong relationship the First Nation and Metis communities. Sandi is currently providing services focusing on outplacement, transition services, and investigations.
Jacqueline has several decades of computer and administrative experience. Her varied background includes everything from writing technical documentation, developing websites, as well as international computer instruction. She currently runs her own Virtual Assistant company. Jacqueline provides document formatting, proofreading and virtual assistant services.
